Return policy

At ayéa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. As we work with cosmetics and personal care products, specific return conditions apply. Please read the information below carefully.

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, provided that the product is unopened and in its original condition.

Please note that this right does not apply to products that have been opened or used for hygiene or health reasons, such as our lash serum.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

2. When returns are accepted

You may return a product if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

3. Return process

To return a product:

  • Send an email to hello@ayeacosmetics.com, including your order number and reason for return

  • We will provide you with further instructions and the return address

  • Carefully package the product to ensure it arrives safely

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof that it has been shipped.

Standard shipping costs will be refunded when the full order is returned. Any additional shipping costs, such as express delivery, are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ayeacosmetics.com.
We will make sure the issue is resolved quickly, either by replacing the product or issuing a full refund at no additional cost.
